It's been a long time. So happy to see you doing so well.

Today has been a heartbreaking day. I've been an emotional wreck. I'm not sure if it is because I am only a short drive from Newtown, or because I too have a young child.

Tonight I am asking -- well -- everyone I can reach through Facebook to join a moment of silence. Just step outside at 9pm EST with a candle and offer your sympathy and support for these families. And let's all work towards ending this violence.
