Okay, 3 words, hemp seed oil. It's a clean source of Omega 3-6-9, what else do you need. It is MUCH better than fish oil, being second only to whale oil. Yes, whales are an endangered species, so just buy some hemp oil. Amazon sells the capsules. Mr. Smarty Pants out.
