I love a well-crafted insult. Not too mean, but pushes the button of the intended - perfect. Of course, it should be deserved as well. That's how you keep it classy, right? Another way to keep an insult classy is by using an English accent. And who is classier or more English than Shakespeare?
So I love this site for a Shakespeare Insult Kit which includes a wonderful list of wierd, offensive adjectives and nouns. To employ, combine a word from each column below so you can really lay into a dankish fool-born pignut with panache and class!

Let me hear your favorite Shakespearean insults in the comments!

Awesome post, Miss Banks! In English this year we're learning Shakespearian insults, will have to use these to get ahead of the game! -

I like playing the alliteration card here as well! Like thou frothy flap-mouthed flax-wench or thou mangled motley-minded miscreant. Makes it a bit poetic if I do say so myself ;-) -

Now u speak feelingly... Bat fowling and rump fed are particularly good. I wonder if the French castle guard in Monty python and the holy grail was using this list. Hey I'd love to chat more but I have to go practice these so i will be ready to go next time I quit a job or break up w a girlfriend. -
