In a dramatic fusion of guerilla marketing and cutting-edge technology, Paul Mitchell will be lighting up New York and Los Angeles in a grand spectacle on November 15 as part of its Truth About Curls campaign. Your mug full of curls could be projected in some of the hippest locales in NYC and L.A. over a 24-hour timeframe.
