LA booze blogger Caroline on Crack recently posted this recipe on her site. It’s by one of LA’s superstar mixologists Julian Cox – he created the cocktail program at one of my favorite restaurants, Picca, as well as a bunch of great LA dining spots. Apparently sherry cocktails are a thing right now, so here it is:

Jane’s Addiction

The What:

• 3/4 oz lemon
• 3/4 oz simple
• 1 1/2 oz vodka
• 1/2 oz Fino sherry
• 4 dashes Angostura bitters 

The How:
Shake and add 1 oz soda and garnish with an orange twist. Serve in a Collins glass with ice.
