This movie has that Whip It! vibe -- Drew Barrymore seemed to have that same fun girl power feel though Elizabeth Banks seems a bit more naughty. -

@Michael: I knew it wouldn't be actual porn seeing as the film has such a low rating, but I haven't seen PP yet so I had no idea how ~intense~ the porn would be. -

I was one of the girls in the "porn" scene. it wasn't really porn. we just cleaned things in our underwear, so no it wasn't awkward at all. it was hilarious. I had on black lingerie. it was a lot of fun to film & amazing getting to meet elizabeth banks! I went & saw the movie last night & loved the finished product! :)

Loved the interviews, they're always so funny and interesting. Can't believe I'll have to wait until the 21st of December for it to come out in the UK though :( -
Yes, these interviews are a lot of fun, but they're too short! Although that one did give me the feeling there were some cast hook ups during the off hours, always nice to know people are having fun.
Wow, I don't remember a scene with a bunch of guys in a hot tub and porn running in the background. Phoebe, since the movie was going for a PG-13 rating the porn couldn't have shown any genital action. Directing it was likely quite different from directing an actual porn film. [Side note: Heather Graham plays a porn director in a film out this year called 'About Cherry' which was inspired by San Francisco based Kink.com, which bought a huge old National Guard armoury and turned it into a BDSM production studio.] -
These interviews are so cute! I love that they're so relaxed because you all know each other. Very funny, as usual!
What was it like directing the porn? Was it awkward? Funny?
