My best pregnancy advice, that I can think of, is not to ride amusement park rides while you are pregnant.

The best advice that I could give is to get a pregnancy pillow! I got one pretty late in my pregnancy with my first son and used it my whole pregnancy for the 2nd...just makes sleeping a ton more comfortable :D

My best advice is to eat a lot of protein so you won't crave sweets, and you'll stay fuller longer! And to follow Elizabeth Banks in What to Expect and carry around a giant thing of Tums at all times!

My best advice would be to take everything people say on board, do what works and is right for you, and discard the rest. Everyone seems to be an expert on pregnancy but every family/baby/pregnancy is different. Do it your way, there is no right or wrong way in this.

Worst advice: Drink lots of alcohol to help numb pregancy pains. Also, make sure to do a lot of heavy excercise, including lifting and throwing medicine balls to make sure you're healthy in time for birth.

Thankfully, I would NEVER give advice that would injure a baby.

Best Advice: be ready to expect anything. You never know what's going to happen. Anything can, even when your not expecting it. So just rest up and relax.

Worst Advice: Do natural birth youll be fine. Just kidding! Get an epidural.

BEST ADVICE: Never, never, no matter how bad your cravings are, never eat only flaming hot cheetos all day. Because when you go number 2, you will hate yourself.

WORST ADVICE: Women have been havin babies since the beginning of time,so don't get an epidural. It's a natural, beautiful thing. Screw that! Epidural all the way!!! Childbirth is a much more pleasant experience that way!

Best Advice: Watch "What to Expect When You're Expecting," and laugh a lot.

Worst Advice: Don't watch "What to Expect When You're Expecting," and watch "Steel Magnolias," and then cry a lot.

Best Advice: Just because you CRAVE it.. don't over-indulge. Eating 8 pickles at once will definitely make you vomit... trust me.

Worst Advice: "Do everything 'by the book' (Ya know.. WTEWYE! ha!) or everything the doctor tells you." NO! Well, in most cases, yes, but not always. Sometimes you have to go with your gut or do what works best for you. Pregnancy is a learning experience and no 2 people are the same.. so what works for some may not work for others.

Worst Advice: NEVER EVER over do it when you're pregnant, I had to learn the hard way. I walked half a mile to Walmart when I was 6 months pregnant on a hot weather day, and by time I got there I had no energy to walk back and was stranded there for hours until I got a ride back.

Good Advice: Don't be ashamed of your belly. I flaunted my belly off twice! One time at the beach, and the other time was on campus with a huge butterfly painting on my belly. Funny thing was it gave me so much confidence that I never knew I had! I love being pregnant! :)

The best advice is to sit near a bathroom when you're watching "What to Expect When You're Expecting" or else you're gonna pee all over yourself from laughing so hard.

The best advice is to do your daily exercises, nutrition intake, and good environment events in a happy manner, AND you should especially add plenty of naps while your baby is at rest to help the baby be healthy and happy :).
