Vampires are fantastic. The neck sucking is hot. They live forever. Johnny Depp looks good in the make-up. Which all got me thinking, "Am I into the sparkly modern Twilight vampires who will make out with you on the front porch or the old school ones like Nosferatu who will eat your soul?"
Despite Robert Pattinson's gorge face, I think I'm into old-school vamps - but herewith, pick your poison!

Actually I like a twist up of the House of Night series vamps, (very cool tattoos!) and the Sanctuary vamps, like Nikola Tesla. Only the Cullens eye colors I would keep. I don't like the sparkly sparkly on vamps... -

loveeee the old school ones!! they were really scary and for that reason you wanna to be them at least i wanna haha i think the new kind of vampires are so unreal..being honest in twilight edward is so madly creepy kind in love and im sorry but at the end of the day he is a man a man don't love like that :)...still old school are for me! -
Most definitely old school vampires!!! I honestly don't see what so vampire-ish about the Twilight vampires. Sorry if I offend anyone by saying that!! But vampires aren't supposed to sparkle! I cannot wait for Dark Shadows!!!!

Nosferatu is the best for me. But I also love Dracula: Dead and Loving It (makes me laugh everytime).

Old school vampires are the original vampires for a reason, BUT I do very much the vampires in The Vampire Diaries. They do not sparkle, but they are fierce, sometimes frightening, and way too gorgeous.

Also Gary Oldman's Dracula was awesome. Of course Gary Oldman is one of my favorite actors. He is so talented. You should work with him Ms. Banks!!

Ah yes, Selene!!! She is a sexy vampire!!! Love her. Also Louis & Lestat from Interview with a Vampire! They were bada$$!!! From the Twilight movies I only like Alice cause she is such a little hottie!!! lol

The best vampire alive is Selene from Underworld. The vampires are attractive but they still look kind of scary, except for Ms Beckinsale of course. Sadly I couldn't upload a photo, the site doesn't allow me the luxury :)* -
The greatest by far has to be Mr. Barlow from Salem's Lot (the 1979 TV mini-series). That is one scary dude!

I have to go old school on this one... but I think the best option is a bit of both. I too, loved 30 Days of Night. The archetypal vampire story with an incredible twist. Josh Harnett embodies both the B.A. old school Vampire and a more mature attractiveness.

I like the sexy looks of the modern vampire but the scary aspect of the old school so I'm gonna have to say True Blood vamps are my fave. They have the best of both worlds. Its tradition that vampires cqnnot go outside because they burn not sparkle! Although quite sexy, a tad too corny!

I prefer my vampires to be ruthless killers, less teen angst. Actually make that NO teen angst. Claudia in Interview with The Vampire because children are scary anyway, and the vampires in 30 Days of Night which is such a brilliant concept. But if I had to go with one who makes me all swoony like, it would be Frank Langella in Dracula!
